Garage parking is available for a nightly fee. Carefully follow the instructions below to retrieve your pass from inside the apartment before parking your vehicle.

Step 1


Locate the alleyway to the right of the leasing office and ask your driver to enter here. After entering the alleyway, have your driver stop when they see the black garage gate to their left and exit the vehicle.

You will enter the building utilizing the elevator located near the garage gate entrance.

Step 2

To access the guest elevator, please locate the lockbox on the wall numbered with the last 2 digits of your unit number


Example: If you're staying in unit  507, the numbered lockbox you will use will be “07”

Slide down the black dial cover on the lockbox and spin the dials to enter the lockbox code sent to you via text message to retrieve your fob. Please close the lockbox after retrieving your fob.

Tap your fob onto the black access reader to the left of the elevator until you hear a beep, and then press the elevator call button.

Step 3

Upon entering the elevator, press the button for the 5th floor


Last Step

Upon exiting the elevator, locate your apartment using the wayfinding signage


At your apartment door, enter the 5-digit access code from our access code text message. After entering your code the keypad will beep and flash green signifying that you may enter. Your door will automatically lock after each entry and exit.

I need to park

Your vehicle must be registered with the Locale team prior to parking in order to avoid being towed. Text the make, model, and plate number to 512-580-7606.

Step 1

Locate the alleyway to the right of the leasing office and enter here. After entering the alleyway, please stop and park temporarily when you see the black garage gate to your left.

DO NOT stop your car or pull up beyond the yellow line, to prevent damage to your vehicle.

Step 2

To access the guest elevator, please locate the lockbox on the wall numbered with the last 2 digits of your unit number


Example: If you're staying in unit  507, the numbered lockbox you will use will be “07”

Slide down the black dial cover on the lockbox and spin the dials to enter the lockbox code sent to you via text message to retrieve your fob. Please close the lockbox after retrieving your fob.

Return to your vehicle and press the button on your fob to open the garage gate. You may park in any open spot.

Step 3

Once you have parked, walk back towards the entrance of the garage. Press the glowing red button to unlock the black gate leading you to our guest elevator.


Tap your fob onto the black access reader to the left of the elevator until you hear a beep, and then press the elevator call button.

Upon entering the elevator, press the button for the 5th floor
