Arrival - On Foot / Rideshare

Follow these steps for self check-in, which takes approximately 3-5 minutes.

You'll need to retrieve your key fob from a secured lockbox so you can enter the building, access the elevator, and locate your apartment.

Step 1/4: Locate the lockbox in the parking garage

‍Enter the garage to the left of the Vantage building entrance. Walk right and follow signage directing you to the lobby and leasing center. A lockbox with a Locale sign is on this wall.

Step 2/4: Retrieve the key fob from your lockbox

At the lock box, you will enter the 3 character access code by rotating the number dials. Turn the knob to the left to open and retrieve your key fob. Close the box, turn the knob to the right, and scramble the dials to lock it back.

To open the lobby door, hold the fob near the #5 on the keypad.

Step 3/4: Proceed to your apartment

Enter the lobby and turn left towards the elevators. Inside the elevator, place your fob at the top of the sensor, near the middle. Once it lights up green/yellow, press the button for your floor.

Last Step: Enter your apartment

Use the 4-digit Apartment Access Code on the keypad to enter.

Arrival - Parking

Step 1/4: Temporarily park to retrieve the fob.

Enter the garage to the left of the Vantage building entrance and park temporarily near the garage door opening. Walking towards the wall that says Vantage Lobby and Leasing, locate the lockbox with a Locale sign above it.

Step 2/4: Retrieve the key fob from your lockbox.

At the lock box, you will enter the 3 character access code by rotating the number dials. Turn the knob to the left to open and retrieve your key fob. Close the box, turn the knob to the right, and scramble the dials to lock it back.‍

To open the lobby door, hold the fob near the #5 on the keypad.

Step 3/4: Enter and park in the garage

Head back to your vehicle and drive to the garage access reader.

Use your fob to scan into the garage on the reader shown below.

You may park in any non-reserved space on levels 1-6.

Last Step: Proceed to your apartment.

From your parking space, enter the elevator bank. Once inside the elevator, place your fob at the top of the sensor, near the middle, and once it lights up green/yellow, press the button for your floor.

At your apartment, use the apartment door code on the keypad to enter.

A note about check-out

Please return any key fobs or wrist bands to the apartment prior to checking out.

Lost items may result in a $150 replacement fee per item.
