How do I book a Locale?
Check out our locations and book directly online. You can also call or email us if you need assistance making a reservation.
Is there daily housekeeping?
We provide hotel-standard cleaning prior to your arrival. There is not a daily housekeeping service, however, if you'd like to schedule a cleaning we’d be happy to accommodate your request. Housekeeping services can be requested anytime during your stay for an additional fee. We just need 24 hours notice so we can schedule it with our cleaning team.
Where’s the front desk?
Locale is unique in that we allow our guests the freedom of self-check-in! We do not operate a traditional front desk. Once it is check-in time, you can go directly to your apartment.
How can I access my room?
You’ll receive arrival codes and instructions before check-in time. After 4pm, simply follow the instructions to enter your apartment. Please note that on-site leasing teams are not equipped to answer any Locale inquires.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4:00 pm. Checkout is before 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please reach out to our team to discuss options.
