Arrivals via Rideshare

Step 1/4: The Eighteen is located at the corner of Mcferrin Avenue and Main Street. You will enter the building via Mcferrin Avenue. Because Mcferrin Avenue is a one-way street, please instruct your driver to approach Mcferrin Avenue from Woodland Street. After you turn onto Mcferrin Avenue, the building will be on your left side as you approach the intersection at Main Street.

Step 2/4: Proceed through the garage to the main entrance door on the right.

Step 3/4: At the keypad, enter the 4-digit code followed by #. Take the elevator to your apartment floor.

Last Step: Locate your apartment and enter your 4-digit access code followed by #.

Step 2/5: Park in any open spot that is marked with a “Guest Parking” sign. If all the spots are filled, there are additional parking spaces 150 feet up Mcferrin, down the alley, and behind Up Down. Because Mcferrin is a one-way street, please circle the block and reference the images below to locate our offsite spaces, which have signs reading "The Eighteen Parking."

Step 3/5: Proceed to the main entrance door on the right.

Step 4/5: At the keypad, enter the 4-digit code followed by #. Take the elevator to your apartment floor.

Last Step: Locate your apartment and enter your 4-digit access code followed by #.
