Where can I dispose of trash?
This property is serviced by Valet Living for trash pickup at your door.
Please follow the guidelines below in order to keep our common areas clean for everyone:
- All trash must be bagged, tied, and placed outside the door
- The bin must then be placed outside your apartment door for pickup no more than 2 hours before 8PM
- The bin must be brought back inside by 9AM the next morning
- All cardboard must be broken down
- Sunday-Thursday: Pickup @ 8PM
- Friday/Saturday: No pickup (use dumpster or wait for Sunday pickup)
How can I receive packages?
Unfortunately, Locale guests cannot receive packages at 816 Matisse Dr. To receive packages, we recommend using a nearby public pickup location where your delivery can be securely received. The following pickup locations are located nearby:
