Where can I dispose of trash?
You can dispose of bagged trash in the trash room located across the hall from unit 332. Please ensure all trash is bagged before disposing of it down the chute. Please do not insert any cardboard or bulky items down the chute. To dispose of cardboard, please break it down and place it neatly along the wall in the trash room.
How can I receive packages?
Locale guests cannot receive packages at Aspire Park Central. To receive packages you can use our partner, Bounce. A convenient alternative is to place an Amazon order for delivery to a nearby Hub (link for details). The closest Amazon Hub is located .5 miles away at 309 E Osborn Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012 (outside the Circle K).
How can I receive food delivery?
If your delivery arrives when the leasing office is open (M-F: 9a-7p Sat: 10a-5p, Sun: 1p-5p), leasing office personnel will allow the driver to deliver your food directly to your door. If your delivery arrives when the leasing office is closed, meet your driver at the building entrance. The address is 100 W Catalina Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85013.
How do I operate the thermostat?
To operate your thermostat, first use the switch on the bottom right to select between the heating, cooling, and off settings. If you have selected heating or cooling, use the + or - buttons to adjust to your ideal temperature. You can adjust the fan settings by toggling the switch on the bottom left to choose between “Auto” (the fan will automatically turn on and off to ensure your unit is always at your selected temperature) or “On” (the fan will run continuously). Please note the thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 77 degrees and a minimum of 67 degrees.
Shower Doors
Please be cautious while opening the shower doors. They swing open toward the toilet. Too much force could cause them to hit the toilet and crack.
