Locale Referral Program
Locale’s referral program rewards individuals up to $40,000 per deal for an introduction that results in the signing of a new management agreement. The referral program payment will scale with unit count per the schedule below.

Deal criteria
Asset type: Full floor within a multifamily building or full building apart-hotel
Number of rooms: 10-100
Markets: Top 50 MSA’s in North America
Owner Value Proposition: 25-40% income growth over unfurnished leases
